British American Tobacco is a long-standing client of the VERTIKOM Group, with whom we have continuously developed our cooperation since 2005.
After our start in Austria, we now support BAT in a large number of sales projects throughout the DACH region.
For example, our POS specialists and active sellers are used daily throughout Austria to support product launches, install POS material and offer product sales and customer advice directly at the promotion stands. The aim here is to offer custom-tailored, appealing, and striking product presentations to end consumers, which distinguish the brand from the competition.
In Switzerland, our responsibilities included the planning and operational implementation of recruiting and promotion measures for Consumer Contact Tours (CCT). Ensuring comprehensive logistics in the eleven designated areas was of particular importance here. This included cash management at the locations via card or cash payments. Furthermore, we were responsible for coaching and controlling the deployment planning of BAT's HoReCa promoter team.
For our latest project in Germany, we have taken over responsibility for the catering platform and with our brand ambassadors, we serve many cities in which our client's core target group is strongly represented. The focus here is placed on both product sales and trend scouting.
Our core tasks include event and hotspot scouting, which are essential for the BAT marketing team in order to initiate promotion measures or cooperation activities afterwards.
