Sales & Event
As one of our very first customers, Samsung counts on our expertise in a wide variety of areas. In addition to the varied tasks in the sales area, we have often also worked for our client in the event area. Whether in the stationary trade or at the IFA, whether at road shows or with incentives – we support Samsung in Germany and Austria whenever and wherever we are needed. Since 2005 we have been able to sell millions of individual devices to German households with and for Samsung.
More than 130 permanent employees, divided into 10 teams, regularly support defined dealers from different channels in order to implement Samsung's sales and brand strategy uniformly. In addition to an optimal and uniform POS appearance, our goals also include the ongoing expansion of the network and the continuous promotion of customer relations.
Furthermore, long-term sales promotions in various product areas are part of our tasks for Samsung. The aim here is, among other things, to increase the sell-out rate while taking up-selling and cross-selling into account. Now, approximately 400 optimally trained promoters are helping to significantly increase turnover in various product categories
We also working for Samsung outside of the area of stationary trade. For example, we are responsible for the selection and provision of permanent specialist trade show consultants for the Samsung and partner halls at the IFA in Berlin. Our IFA task force supports all measures for this on site and thus contributes significantly towards ensuring an all-round successful trade fair appearance.
Furthermore, our tasks also include the organization and implementation of the annual Samsung B2B Roadshow. All new products from the CES in Las Vegas as well as the general line-up will be shown at the event. The goal here is to show and demonstrate the new products and sell them. Thanks to this orientation, the roadshow has developed over the years to become Samsung's most important sales and marketing tool.
